The Norwegian ad from 2017 teaches the lesson that it takes a community to raise a child.
The beautiful ad opens with a familiar scene of schoolchildren eating lunch. But one boy’s lunchbox is empty, so he kills time by wandering the halls and stopping at the water fountain before heading back to his classroom. When he sits down, he opens his lunch box and realizes that the box is filled with food. He is shocked in the beginning but he figures out that the whole class had contributed to feed him.
The silent act by the class in his absence invokes so much emotions.
