LEADERSHIP SEMINAR 101 organized by The Women’s Commission of the University of Ghana Student Representative Council

The much talked about LEADERSHIP SEMINAR 101 organized by The Women’s Commission of the University of Ghana Student Representative Council took place on Friday 15th of December, 2023 at the RS. AMEGASHIE AUDITORIUM.

In attendance at this high-profile event was the Minister of Energy, Honorable Dr. Mathew Opoku Prempeh, Deputy Minister for Information, FATIMATU Abubakar, Hon Nana Oye Bampoe, former Minister for Women and Children and Social Protection and the Dean of Student Affairs, Professor Rosina Kyeramanteng.

The event which focused on enlightening and educating young individuals in the University of Ghana community took off successfully with each speaker sharing their ideas, powerful messages, and above all experiences to the charged-up audiences who were enthused and delighted to listen to the speakers. In the course of the event
Open discussions were held to have the students interact with the speakers as well as a question and answer session for the students to ask mind bugling questions and spend time with the distinguished speakers

The Women’s commissioner, Miss SANDRA AMPONSAH YEBOAH who organized the event with her team also welcomed the students and speakers as well as interacted with the audience while sharing the purpose of the event and the visions of the UGSRC Women’s Commission

Also in attendance were university stakeholders lecturers, and media houses who graced the event. Events like this bring students closer to dignitaries and high-profile personalities. Congratulations to the Women’s Commission for organizing this event.
