- Plantain
- Kontomire
- Onion
- Tomatoes
- Kpakposhitor
- Vegetables
- Momoni (salted fish)
- Palm oil
Preparation
- Boil together plantain, kontomire, onion, tomatoes, kpakposhitor.
- Add salt to taste
- Take out cooked vegetables leaving the plantain to boil
