Her culinary journey blossomed from a fiery passion for crafting and selling signature sandwiches in high school to honing her skills at the renowned Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland. Through internships in various kitchens in Geneva, Girona in Spain, and Mauritius, in about 3 kitchens in 2 five-star hotels, she discovered that “all industry kitchens are the same, but the people are what make it so different”. Ines Martha Nana Asabea Appenteng, our private chef, is back to infusing your celebrations with love, thought, and care.

Bijou Baidoe, the 22-year-old multi-talented star, was born in the vibrant city of Accra, Ghana, and is now making waves in the bustling streets of London, England.
